I am thrilled to be working with a cosmetics business in the heart of London who are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team for a period of 3-6 months! In this role, you will work on day to day operational activities, including order management, stock analysis, and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:

  • Place orders with international suppliers
  • Work with 3PLs and warehousing teams to ensure inventory accuracy and on time delivery
  • Track orders and escalate issues with suppliers
  • Make sure that invoices are correct

Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 1+ year’s experience in a supply chain operational role in FMCG or retail
  • Excellent Excel skills (& ideally Google Sheets experience)
  • An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders internal and external
  • Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
  • A can-do attitude and dedication to the job you do
