What will you do?
- Responsible for the demand planning file, aligning historical order patterns with sales forecasts ensuring stock levels are well maintained and updated
- Oversee the inventory level in all directions and distributor warehouses (UK, Netherlands, and Spain) and ensure the optimal stock level is maintained to provide great customer service and minimize SLOB
- Chair monthly S&OP to improve inventory and SKU efficiency for wholesale billing units
- Align purchase orders with centralized procurement
- Obtain Sales forecasting from the Sales Team and work through to manage forecasting, new hotel opening orders, and production planning with manufacturing partners
- Responsible for Operational Management of our distributors in Europe, UK & USA
- Maintain a relationship with all 3PL warehouses
- Oversee and Support Customer Success team on performance and queries
What will you need
- Loyal service history in supply chain management role
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Solid experience on 3PL and warehouse management is a must
- Global supply chain and freight forwarding knowledge
