As part of their ambitious plans, they are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Manager to help expand their capabilities across Europe.

Role Overview:

The Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our supply chain, specifically for items sent to repair depots across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Analyst or Junior Manager eager to step up, make a meaningful impact, and grow with a business set to expand 10x in the next three years.

The Supply Chain Manager will:

  • Oversee and improve the performance of 8 European repair vendors, focusing on delivering best-in-class customer service and optimising operational efficiencies.
  • Develop strong, proactive relationships with current and new vendors to meet strategic business goals.
  • Create and maintain KPI dashboards to analyse service delivery and costs, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Provide on-site support to vendors, driving improvements in turnaround performance and process efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, IT, and Sourcing teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and cost-effective operations.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in handling large datasets to inform decision-making.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and delivering against set service levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and implement operational efficiency improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
