Responsibilities- Managing inbound supply chain operations and stock planning - end to end
- Contributing and leading the S&OP Processes
- Supply Chain team management and development
- Building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers
- Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks
- Executing ordering and forecasting processes
- Leading initiatives to improve supply chain performance and efficiency
- Experienced Supply Chain Manager/Specialist within the FMCG industry
- Expert in Planning (Supply, Demand, Materials, S&OP, forecasting)
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Experience managing a small Supply Chain Team
- Ability to manage daily processes and deliver on long-term projects
- Detail-oriented with a drive to maximize value
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
