Want to work for the worlds leading fun and entertainment provider in their EMEA Supply Chain team, your skills are needed initially for 6 months to;
  • Monitor daily incoming shipments for the EMEA regions for all products liaising with HQ and EMEA 3PL's.
  • To ensure that the shipping schedule file is updated accordingly and to communicate all shipping information to the Business Planning Team.
  • To liaise with EMEA 3PL to ensure that the receipt of goods is processed timely and accurately.
  • To manage the inventory receipt processes within Oracle for all incoming shipments.
  • Ensuring that purchase invoices are sent to the Finance Department on a timely basis.
  • To provide cover in other areas of the Business Planning Team as and when required.
  • To participate in improvement projects where required, supporting continuous improvement within business planning activities.
  • To provide support with maintaining master data within the ERP system, including new product information and pricing changes in preparation for budgeting, and to ensure that data used for planning purposes is accurate.
  • Responsible for the forecasting of sales and incomings.
  • Management of any goods returned to vendors and ensuring that credit notes are received.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Previous and proven supply chain experience/logistics is essential, ideally within a similar industry/environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel (advanced level) is advantageous.
  • Must be numerate and commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, establishing good working relationships.
  • Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player, able to build effective working relationships easily at all levels.
  • Experience in the use of Oracle or similar ERP systems is essential.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills.
