Your new companyI am delighted to have partnered once again with a Property Consultancy based in the City who are looking for a Commercial Agency Surveyor to join the team. With a great workflow and a history of success, they are seeking someone ambitious to join them! The role required holding an MRICS with 1-3 years PQE experience!
Your new role
- Attend and conduct pitch presentations to new and existing clients on the services they provide
- Assist /lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.
- Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors, ensuring a smooth and seamless process
- Producing tenders, heads of terms, terms of engagement, market reports and cash flows
- Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information
- Working across Leasehold Disposals and Acquisitions
- Produce bespoke disposal strategies
- Co-ordinating designers and architects on refurbishments
- Hosting market events/ campaigns
- Provide training and advice to Graduate Surveyors in the team for APC training and already qualified surveyors where relevant
- Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Chartered Surveyor with at least 3 years' experience
- Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent numeracy skills

- Salary ranging from £55,000 - £65,000
