We are pleased to be working with a leading surveying practice who have a long track record of delivering best in class surveying advice to their clients up and down the country.
Due to their ongoing success and natural growth, they are in the market to employ Chartered Surveyors who sit within the building surveying space.
Keen to engage and meet with experienced surveyors who have experience across areas such as Technical Due Diligence, dilapidations, leasing, neighbourly matters, contract administration and areas such as ESG and general sustainability.
You will take responsibility for delivering a high standard of work whilst also looking to generate new client relations and business.
The company who have a somewhat family feel and have been a well-respected name for many years are able to provide a supportive and welcoming environment, and platform for anyone who they bring in to the team.
- Ideally, they would like to chat with Surveyors who are already members of a professional body (typically RICS, CIOB or APM).
- Not only will you have but also will enjoy working on and managing complex projects (private and public sector clients).
- Have experience as a Surveyor of working in the advisory world.
- Possess up to date understanding of the commercial property space.
