Associate Surveyor, London

circa £60,000 - £80,000 base + Bonus & Benefits

We are pleased to be working with a leading regional surveying practice who have a long track record of delivering best in class surveying advice to their clients up and down the country.

Due to ongoing success and natural growth, they are in the market to employ Associate level and Senior Associate level Chartered Surveyors who sit within the building surveying space.

They are keen to engage and meet with experienced Surveyors who have experience of working as a Surveyor in the private practice market, and are able to convey exposure across areas such as due diligence, dilapidations, leasing, neighbourly matters, contract admin.

As a senior member of the business you will take responsibility for delivering a high standard of work whilst also looking to generate new client relations and business.

The company have a well-respected name brought about from a number of years of servicing their clients and have put together a fantastic team of professionals who are performing to a high standard and regularly receive positive accolades and awards for their efforts.

If you are based in London (or perhaps able to commute a couple of times in to London without too much hassle) this could be a great platform for you to further your experience.

You will ideally be chartered (those who perhaps haven't taken that route however have an impressive track record will still be considered and of interest.

The role will cover most different asset classes across both the public and private sector (focus towards commercial assets).
