A medium sized, Mayfair based, firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property consultants is looking to add an APC or Newly Chartered Building Surveyor to their long established and impressive Building Consultancy team. The company boasts a fine client list and the right candidate would be coming on board to work with a variety of client accounts. Â There will be a strong emphasis on core traditional building surveying duties for project work across multiple sectors, as well as a full range of professional work. The core of the work would be commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across a range of property types.
Ideally you will have enrolled on your APC and be working towards your final Assessment. You would be joining a consultancy with a very strong APC program and a long track record of successfully guiding candidates through to being chartered.
Requirements:
- RICS accredited degree
- 1+ years’ Experience in Building Consultancy
Salary:
- £30,000 – £40,000 DOE
