The RoleThis consultancy operates with a flat team structure, fostering a cooperative, flexible working model. Surveyors are encouraged to specialise in one area for around 70% of the time but also to maintain a broad skill-set across various streams, allowing them to build expertise in their preferred areas while keeping their overall skills fresh. There is flexibility to refocus on different specialisms over time, ensuring long-term career growth and satisfaction.

- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
