About the Role:
I am looking for a skilled and experienced Chartered /Senior Building Surveyor to join my client's London team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects and professional services, ranging from building surveys and dilapidations to refurbishment and project management. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality advice and support to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake building surveys, condition surveys, and pre-acquisition surveys.
  • Manage and oversee refurbishment and renovation projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide professional services, including party wall matters, dilapidations, and contract administration.
  • Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and advise clients on maintenance and repair strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and building codes.

About You:

  • MRICS qualified or working towards Chartered status.
  • Proven experience in both professional and project-based building surveying.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
