About the Company: Our client, based in Battersea, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chartered Surveyor to join their team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services, they offer a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and surveys for residential and commercial properties.
- Provide expert advice on property management, development, and investment.
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- MRICS or FRICS qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in property surveying.
- Proven track record in property valuation, building surveying, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of property law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
