Panoramic Associates is working with a council in Northwest London to recruit a Disrepair Surveyor on an interim basis at £325 per day (inside IR35).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address disrepair maintenance issues across the council's property portfolio, ensuring all work aligns with compliance standards, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support the Repairs Partnering team to ensure contractors, consultants, and partner agencies deliver high-quality repairs across all contracts.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to monitor work progress, ensuring detailed digital records are maintained, and prepare reports on various aspects of work.
  • Update the asset management database with current project data and inspection outcomes.
  • Commit to a resident-focused approach in handling disrepair cases, prioritizing responsiveness and effective communication.
