Your new roleThe organisation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Agency Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in commercial real estate. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience in property transactions, client relationship management and market analysis. You'll support the team across all stages of the transactional process including marketing, negotiations and client communications, while being guided toward achieving your APC and RICS qualification.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you should be a recent graduate with a degree in Real Estate, Property Investment or similar. You should be passionate about a career in commercial property and committed to achieving RICS accreditation. Strong analytical skills are important and excellent communication skills, including building client relationships, are essential. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role and you should live within commutable distance of East London.
