Your new companyExcellent opportunity to join a leading property consultancy in their Stratford office. You will be joining a highly experienced team who culturally pride themselves on investing in people and providing excellent training and development opportunities. They have an excellent record of first time APC passes and offer full APC support including providing an in-house mentor and assessor.The office is well located, being close to both main line and underground stations and has some parking available. The organisation does operate flexible working.Your new roleAs the Graduate Surveyor you will work within the Asset and Property Management division and will be involved with a range of duties in order to give you maximum experience for your APC. This is likely to include landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and property management. This role fully supports progression to achieving MRICS status. You will work alongside an experienced team of Chartered Surveyors and will also benefit from receiving APC training with your peer network.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role you will need to have an RICS Property related degree. Work experience within property is beneficial, but not essential.
