Join a high-impact housing services team committed to maintaining and improving a portfolio of 17,000 homes. As a Senior Repairs Surveyor, you'll lead on delivering high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and compliance with housing legislation.
 
You'll oversee damp and mould works, disrepair issues, void properties, and cyclical maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to an excellent standard. This role is central to enhancing resident satisfaction and upholding safety and compliance standards.
 
What do you need?
·UK Resident
·Able to be in the office minimum 4 days p/w
·Strong public sector experience in repairs, voids, and disrepair surveying, including pre/mid/post inspections.
·Proven ability to manage structural investigations and deliver solutions effectively.
·Skilled in preparing specifications, tendering, and contract management.
·Expertise in health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
