Property Investment Surveyor - £50,000
We are seeking an experienced in-house Property Investment Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing property investment firm. We're looking for a qualified RICS or MRICS professional (minimum 2 years PQE) to fill this key position.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, results-driven individual with a strong track record in property sales and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and acquiring both off-market and on-market property opportunities
- Conducting detailed market research and analysis to produce comprehensive market reports
- Carrying out due diligence to ensure successful acquisitions through to legal completion
- Preparing acquisitions for seamless progression into project delivery and operations
- Supporting the acquisition process, including meetings with vendors and reviewing tenancy schedules and leases
