Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive property damage assessments in accordance with client specifications.
Develop cost schedules for building repairs using client-designated software.
Prepare project budgets and timelines.
Possess in-depth knowledge of property repair work and associated costs, including decoration, tiling, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Coordinate work schedules and perform regular site inspections, providing progress updates to the office team.
Compile Health & Safety documentation, including Construction Phase Plans (CPPs).
Oversee work quality and manage dispute resolution effectively.

Person Specification:

Experienced in building repairs and property refurbishment.
Knowledge of H&S and Building Regulations.
Insurance claims handling experience is a plus.
Skilled in complaint resolution.
Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
Able to meet tight deadlines and client SLAs.
Capable of preparing detailed, cost-effective quotations.
Strong industry knowledge with negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, independent, and able to prioritise tasks.
Proactive, hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
