Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre and post inspections on responsive repairs for tenanted and void properties.
  • Diagnose property defects and ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.
  • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and in line with safety standards.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance across all repair works.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Profile

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a repairs surveyor within social housing.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Experience with pre and post inspections of repairs.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage your own small patch effectively.
