Our client, a rapidly expanding investment firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to work remotely from London.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000, along with an end-of-year bonus and additional benefits such as a car allowance and pension.
Candidates must hold AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications and be a RICS Registered Valuer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in surveying.
The role involves conducting mortgage valuations, managing approximately 30 properties per month, and participating in the company's expansion efforts.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering quality service are essential for this full-time position, which operates Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.00pm.

Residential Surveyor requirements:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
RICS Registered Valuer
Has a minimum of 3 years experience in Surveying
Full UK Driving Licence
Local London knowledge would be helpful but not essential
Someone who has a strong commitment to delivering quality service

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve the following:

Conduct mortgage valuations and Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
Provide accurate valuations for properties available for purchase at auction.
Manage approximately 30 properties per month, predominantly within the London area.
Utilise your expertise to take part in the company’s expansion efforts.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure outstanding service delivery.
