An established and highly regarded national firm is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their London team. This role offers a fantastic benefits package, career progression opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

The Role:
  • Conduct residential secured lending valuations, homebuyer reports, and building surveys.

  • Service some of the world's most established banks and building societies by delivering a best-in-class service.

  • Survey and value a wide spectrum of residential properties throughout London and the South East.

  • Work closely with a range of clients, lenders, and private clients, fostering strong relationships.

  • Utilise iPad technology for efficient site note-taking (Quest, GoReport, RightMove Surveyor, BCIS).

  • Contribute ideas for innovative ways to improve efficiency and workflow.

  • Opportunity to mentor junior surveyors and support professional development.

  • Work Monday to Friday only - no weekend work required.

Requirements:
  • AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified (or eligible for AssocRICS via MBEng, MCIAT, MCIOB, MICWI routes).

  • Strong experience in residential valuations, homebuyer reports, and building surveys.

  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload.

  • A confident, professional approach to client engagement.
