This firm is hiring two Residential Surveyors, so apply now to take advantage while it's still live.Your new companySpecialise in the survey and valuation of prime residential properties across London, theHome Counties and the South East. Taking immense pride in providing the highest quality, detail-driven, bespoke surveys for their clients. Quality comes before quantity. Therefore, you will have to complete no more than one building survey per day per surveyor, and we offer a personalised full access service to our clients; talking to them and their representatives through our findings and assisting them with any issues.Your new roleYou will need to bea highly skilled and ambitious surveyor (AssocRICS or MRICS) to join the team.This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the prime property market. As part of their team, you will handle a low volume of specialised surveys, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service quality.What you'll need to succeed

Be able to conduct detailed surveys and valuations of residential properties within London
Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through property transactions with a focus on personalised service.
Maintain and collaborate with key referring partners to enhance business development opportunities.
VRS registered
Resides within M25

What you'll get in return
