RICS BUILDING & VALUATION SURVEYOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: North & North East London
Salary: OTE £80k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RICS Building & Valuation Surveyor to join a professional expanding professional Property Services company with branches across the UK.
You must be able to work independently and autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a busy and successful team.
You will be required to and undertake Commercial and Residential Property Valuations for both private clients and lenders, plus other professional work including Landlord & Tenant Act procedures and experience of working in a similar position before is essential.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Valuer and RICS qualified with post qualification experience.
Skills: The skills required for this RICS Building & Valuation Surveyor role will include:
- RICS / Registered valuer
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification.
- Valuation experience in the London market beneficial
- Highly motivated individual
- Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
- Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requests
- Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries
- In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices
- Attention to detail/disciplined individual
- A good team player with strong analytical skills
