The consultancy has a strong pipeline of work from major clients including M&G, Aviva, and Legal and General.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of fund monitoring experience and be MRICS qualified.
The position offers a salary of up to £65,000, along with a bonus scheme and benefits such as private health care and life assurance.

With a strong pipeline of work coming in from clients such as M&G, Aviva, Legal and General, as well as major banks, there is a need to add an experienced monitoring surveyor to help service the demand. This medium sized consultancy prides itself on a great workplace atmosphere and in rewarding performance and effort. You will be supported by the team, but also given a high level of autonomy and be required to be client-facing.

Requirements:

MRICS
1+ years fund Monitoring Experience
Client-facing
Degree in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying.
