I am partnering with a global real estate consultancy that is expanding its valuation team in the South East. They are seeking a Senior Surveyor for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid background in commercial valuations who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting loan security valuations across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties
- Identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients
- Preparing standard reports, valuations, submissions, and addressing complex valuation issues
Requirements:
- MRICS-qualified and RICS-registered valuer with experience in commercial real estate
- Familiarity with Argus software is advantageous
- Commitment to achieving team fee-earning targets
