Role Overview

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to join our Commercial Auctions team.

The primary focus of this role is to assist with the disposal of commercial assets via auction. This includes working within the exiting team and assisting with business development, appraisal of assets, on-boarding of clients, and bringing to market and selling commercial assets via auction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with appraisal of commercial assets for sale via auction
  • Preparing and creating marketing particulars for properties.
  • Assisting with enquiries and help with the sale of properties via the auction process
  • Helping with business development to promote and on board new clients.
