Our client in North London is seeking an RICS-qualified Surveyor with at least 1 year of experience.
The position offers a salary range of £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, along with a car allowance of £400 per month and a Shell fuel card.
This is a full-time, permanent role that includes benefits such as medical insurance, 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and a sick pay scheme.
Key responsibilities include conducting various types of surveys, report writing, and managing a workload of approximately 9 surveys per week.
Candidates must possess AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications, be a RICS Registered Valuer, and hold a full UK driving license.

Carrying out Level 1 Surveys
Homebuyers Surveys
Building Surveys
Additional Services to Public and Private Clients
Surveys for Enfranchisements
Conducting 9 surveys per week
Report writing

Residential Surveyor requirements:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
RICS Registered Valuer
Experience in Surveying
Full UK Licence and Car
