Energy and Sustainability Manager, London

Our client, a boutique Real Estate investor are seeking Energy and Sustainability to join their growing team in London.

Responsibilities

Working alongside Surveyors, Property Managers, Facilities Managers and Asset Managers, you'll provide Energy and Sustainability expertise across a mixed-use property portfolio. Responsibilities will include conducting energy audits, implementing low carbon solutions, preparing SECR reports, energy procurement, preparing energy efficiency proposals, coordinating a Carbon Management Plan and ensuring accurate ESG data tracking.

What you'll need to flourish in this role:

A background delivering energy and sustainability monitoring, innovation and compliance, the position also requires excellent communication and stake holder skills in your role as an advisor and educator of carbon literacy with colleagues.
