Reward Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Reward Analyst to join a face paced Professional Services firm in the City of London. The role will be joining a lean team and offer the opportunity to get involved in various areas of reward.
The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Lead data gathering, modelling and analysis for compensation activities.
- Provide benchmarking and analysis (WTW)
- Support the continued development of pay frameworks across the firm.
- Produce calculations and analysis for pay gap reporting - gender, ethnicity, living wage.
- Support the Benefits and Pensions manager with annual enrolments and the collation and analysis of employee data.
- Monitor the Reward inbox and act as a key point of contact for employee queries around reward and benefit matters.
- Support the Reward harmonisation and integration of any new businesses resulting from acquisitions.
- Ensure the integrity of data in the HRIS.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, particularly HRBP's.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- 2-3 years Reward experience. Particularly within compensation and modelling.
- Strong Excel and analytics skills. Ability to build complex models using large data sets.
- Highly articulate with excellent communication.
- Adaptable with the ability to work within a fast paced and ever evolving environment.
