What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with restaurant owners to assess their current packaging practises and provide expert advice on sustainable alternatives that meet our client's local standards.
- Develop tailored transition strategies for each restaurant, including recommendations for packaging changes.
- Work closely with the local team to define an incentive structure that aligns with commercial relationships with restaurants.
- Oversee and validate the successful implementation of sustainable packaging solutions.
- Ensure that sustainable restaurants qualify for sustainability benefits.
- Prepare regular reports to track merchant conversion progress for internal and external stakeholders. ????
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with commercial responsibility.
- Strong sales background and a proactive mindset.
- Genuine passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment. �?�?
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple restaurant clients simultaneously.
- Commercial proficiency with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.
