What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with restaurant owners to assess their current packaging practises and provide expert advice on sustainable alternatives that meet our client's local standards.
  • Develop tailored transition strategies for each restaurant, including recommendations for packaging changes.
  • Work closely with the local team to define an incentive structure that aligns with commercial relationships with restaurants.
  • Oversee and validate the successful implementation of sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Ensure that sustainable restaurants qualify for sustainability benefits.
  • Prepare regular reports to track merchant conversion progress for internal and external stakeholders. ????

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with commercial responsibility.
  • Strong sales background and a proactive mindset.
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment. �?�?
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple restaurant clients simultaneously.
