An excellent opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to join a global insurance company focused on implementing sustainability strategies.
The role involves shaping the sustainability agenda, supporting the design and governance of sustainability priorities, and engaging with stakeholders.
Candidates should have experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility, preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors.
The position requires strong stakeholder management skills and familiarity with sustainability frameworks and ESG ratings.
The salary for this role is competitive, and the candidate should have a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

An excellent opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to join an ambitious global insurance company to support the implementation of the company's sustainability strategy and help involve it in line with emerging risks, opportunities, and stakeholder expectations
The ability to shape the sustainability agenda within a global business
Supporting the design, delivery, and governance of their sustainability priorities
Working closely with internal stakeholder and external partners, and senior leadership
Considering new sustainability initiatives and driving internal awareness and engagement around sustainability goals
Managing data collection, analysis and reporting for sustainability metrics
Coordinating responses to ESG rating agencies and investor queries
A strong understanding of sustainability frameworks (e.g. TCFD, CSRD)
Experience of translating strategy into action and measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ESG ratings and regulatory disclosures

You will have experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, or a related field, preferably within the Insurance, Financial Services or Professional Services sector.
