Static Fabric Engineer is required by a leading hard service FM maintenance contractor specialising in Fabric renovations within commercial buildings.
The static fabric technician will be looking after 2 buildings (next door to each other) 1 of which is a grade 2 listed building, so experience looking after these buildings is a must.

• Static Fabric Engineer you will be a commutable distance of Blackfriars
• Static Fabric Engineer you will be completing painting and decoration to a high level finish
• Static Fabric Engineer you will be completing basic electrical tasks
• Static Fabric Engineer you will be assisting on site engineers
• Static Fabric Engineer you will be completing Carpentry work, i.e floor matching, hanging doors

• Static Fabric Engineer must have Fabric and Building Services experience
• Static Fabric Engineer to have a qualification in Painting and decorating
• Static Fabric Engineer must be a commutable distance of Blackfriars
• Static Fabric Engineer will benefit from a basic salary up to 40k pa, 20 days holiday + BH
• Static Fabric Engineer must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check

Static Fabric Engineer - Up to 40k basic dependent on experience + Travel package + package + pension
