This boutique Talent Agency representing a diverse roster of talented professionals including Directors of Photography, Production Designers and Crew within Film, TV, commercials and Fashion Music Videos are looking for a Crew Manager to head up and grow their Crew Diary Service.

The ideal candidate will need to be highly organised with good drive, fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as you will be solely responsible for running the service.  A sound knowledge of production and the Camera Department is essential, along with diary management experience, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for all things film.  

Responsibilities :

  • To run the service professionally and efficiently, managing the diaries of c.50 crew members, signing new members and introducing new areas / roles to the service
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with crew members is key, as is having an understanding of their roles to offer creative, technical and practical support and advice on all industry matters, working closely throughout their career progression
  • Maintaining crew section of the website and keeping CVs up to date 
  • Maintaining a strong social media presence and aesthetic
  • Handling Crew + agency invoicing
  • Managing department growth and brand aesthetic

Requirements :

  • Your background could be working for a production company, a tv or creative department in an ad agency or a talent management agency, ideally with experience of running or working closely with a diary service
  • Experience of managing busy diaries, backed up by excellent administrative and multitasking skills to oversee multiple diaries on the go, working under pressure at times
  • Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
  • A sound knowledge of production along with an interest in film, TV drama and/or fashion, music videos and advertising industries is essential
