KRG are representing a rapidly growing talent management agency specialising in working with the top social media influencers and content creators across brand partnerships, social media, ambassador programs, and podcasting. Their expanding roster includes some of the top content creators in the industry who have grown their following into the millions!

As they expand and have been promoting current team members, KRG are assisting their search for a Talent Manager to join the team and manage a select group of high-profile creators. With a waiting list of talent eager to join, they're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to help develop relationships, build growth strategies, and support the careers of their talent.

Role Overview:

As a Talent Manager, you will be directly responsible for managing a roster of up to 5 tier A content creators and will report into their Head of Talent. You will collaborate closely with the wider team to drive growth, negotiate brand partnerships, and create opportunities that align with each creator's brand and goals. This role requires someone with at least 2 years of experience managing talent in a reputable agency, particularly in the realms of social media, brand partnerships, and digital content - experience managing talent across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture the careers of up to 5 content creators, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate, attending meetings with brands, publishers etc to ensure that they're successfully growing their career.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand each creator's personal brand, digital presence, and audience reach across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Podcasts, etc).
  • Negotiate and secure brand partnerships, collaborations, and ambassador deals that align with the talent's image, audience, and business goals.
  • Oversee content strategy to ensure creators are consistently producing relevant, high-quality content that resonates with their audience and brand partners.
  • Advise on personal branding and assist with public image management, ensuring that talent is staying on-brand and maximizing opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for your talent, including emerging platforms, sponsorship opportunities, and potential collaborations.
  • Handle contract negotiations and ensure that talent is receiving fair and competitive compensation for their work.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, talent, and partners, maintaining positive relationships and addressing any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for talent's long-term career growth and financial success, including advising on new revenue streams such as merchandising, live events, and more.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to your roster of creators, offering guidance and feedback on their content, professional development, and decision-making.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for creators, including engagement, revenue growth, and other performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the talent team to share best practices and ensure consistency across all client accounts.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing talent in a reputable talent agency, preferably in the digital, social media, or influencer space (this is essential).
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing brand partnerships and sponsorships for well-known content creators/ influencers.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and how to leverage them for content growth and brand partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • A deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including influencer marketing trends and strategies.
  • A proactive and creative thinker who can identify new opportunities for talent growth and success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with talent, clients, and partners.
  • Passionate about working with influencers and content creators, and excited about helping them grow their careers.
