Morgan Hunt's Warwickshire based client is looking for a Benefits Assessment Officer to join their busy team.
In order to be immediately effective in this position the ideal candidate will have previous experience with:
- Assessing all types of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support/Reduction claims for all tenure types
- Assessing all claims including Student claims, persons from abroad and self employed claims.
- Dealing with Universal Credit Claims
- Processing all changes in circumstances including change of income and rent
- Advising claimants on their Entitlements and legislation changes
- Assisting customers with all queries relating to their benefit claims
- Proficient use of the Civica Open Revenues system is essential
