The RoleThey are seeking a Corporate Tax CTA Advisory Specialist to join their growing tax team of five. This role is a vital hire as they expand their advisory capacity and ensure projects are seamlessly delivered from inception to completion.
key responsibilities include:
- Advising a varied portfolio of clients, predominantly SMEs, with a mix of industries and structures, as well as some private equity elements.
- Gain exposure to challenging yet rewarding corporate advisory projects including restructuring, transactions, and share scheme advice.
- Supporting family office entities in navigating complex tax and business challenges.
- Managing projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities for proactive client engagement and providing tailored solutions.
They need someone who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of their work.
