Their tight-knit team of 15 professionals work collaboratively across departments, serving a diverse portfolio of large corporates, SME clients, funds, family office entities, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) with £80m-£100m portfolios.

The RoleThey are seeking a Corporate Tax CTA Advisory Specialist to join their growing tax team of five. This role is a vital hire as they expand their advisory capacity and ensure projects are seamlessly delivered from inception to completion.

key responsibilities include:

  • Advising a varied portfolio of clients, predominantly SMEs, with a mix of industries and structures, as well as some private equity elements.
  • Gain exposure to challenging yet rewarding corporate advisory projects including restructuring, transactions, and share scheme advice.
  • Supporting family office entities in navigating complex tax and business challenges.
  • Managing projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for proactive client engagement and providing tailored solutions.

They need someone who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of their work.
