Working hours 36 hours per week.

Requirements: Income Management Officer who has experience in income maximisation; this includes: telephoning customers in arrears, sending arrears letters and emails, applying for APAs, home and office visits.

Completing income and expenditure assessments, presence at sign-ups.

Referring vulnerable customers to support agencies, including Financial Inclusion etc.

Completing court applications and referrals.

Attendance at court and presenting cases to a County Court Judge, attending evictions.
