A unique opportunity has been created in this growing tax team for a Tax Manager to report to the UK Head of Tax. The role is hugely varied across all taxes including corporate, partnership tax, indirect tax as well as employment tax and global mobility. This is a unique proposition with a huge amount of potential as the group continues to grow organically and into more markets and jurisdictions. Key responsibilities of the role are below and apply across the European region, but the remit will grow and evolve depending on business activities and the projects you lead.

  • Working with the outsourced provider to ensure UK corporate tax compliance obligations are met
  • Advising the business to ensure UK employment tax compliance is adhered to including STBV, IR35, PAYE settlement agreement etc and providing advice in relation to international assignments and remote working
  • Ensuring Tax compliance for a UK LLP including advising Partners with their tax liabilities and payments including co-ordinating with the Partners' personal tax advisors and advising new Partners on the remuneration and equity structure.
  • Providing advice to the business in relation to indirect tax
  • Provide support with any tax audits
  • Working with the Group Tax Director and wider tax team on global tax projects and reporting.
  • Monitoring developments in tax laws / best practice and implementing changes as required.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant or Tax Advisor and be able to demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach with a commercial mindset. The role's breadth means they are flexible as to the background but the greater breadth you have in your experience will stand you in strong stead.
