It is a great time to join the firm as they are currently going through an incredibly exciting period of transition which offers significant reward over the short, medium and long term. This R&D Tax Associate Director will be working as part of a national R&D Tax team.

This R&D Tax Associate Director will lead by example in delivering client work, actively engaging with the R&D tax team and the wider tax function to ensure the right expertise is applied to each project. Take responsibility for the development of junior team members by understanding their career aspirations and providing the necessary support to help them achieve their goals.

The successful candidate must have a strong R&D Tax background and be able to demonstrate a high level of technical R&D Tax knowledge, they are open on background but a STEM background is preferable.
