Our client in North London are looking to hire an experienced Drivers Mate to assist in delivery drops.
The job is Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm/ 7am - 4pm. This is a temporary position however there may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the driver with directions and navigating parking.
- Loading and unloading vehicle. Heavy lifting.
- Delivering to clients, who may be upstairs or a short walk from parking location.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a drivers mate and working with an electric pump truck
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Polite nature with clients.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Good knowledge of central London is preferred
