  • Microsoft Licensing Expertise:
    • Provide in-depth knowledge and guidance on Microsoft licensing programmes (Enterprise Agreements, CSP, etc.).
    • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Microsoft licensing updates and best practices.
    • Conduct licensing assessments and audits to ensure compliance and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Client Consultation:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Understand client business requirements and IT infrastructure to provide tailored licensing solutions.
    • Deliver clear and concise advice on complex Microsoft licensing scenarios.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) Development:
    • Develop accurate and comprehensive BOMs aligned with client needs and Microsoft licensing rules.
    • Utilise tools to streamline the BOM creation process.
  • Pricing Analysis & Negotiation:
    • Conduct thorough pricing analysis and comparisons across various Microsoft licensing options.
    • Support clients in negotiating Microsoft licensing agreements to maximise value and minimise costs.
    • Provide detailed reports and presentations on pricing analysis.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of licensing agreements and client interactions.
    • Generate regular reports on licensing activities and performance.
    • Contribute to continual process improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in Microsoft licensing, ideally in a consulting or client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing programmes and product offerings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAM tools (FlexeraONE, Snow Atlas) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft licensing position creation is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
