We are seeking a motivated and skilled Red Team expert to lead and build a small team to deliver Red Team service.

Description
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Red Team department.
- Conduct and manage penetration testing and cyber threat simulation exercises.
- Provide cyber advisory and perform pre-sales duties, identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic responses to cyber threats.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure company-wide cybersecurity.
- Conduct cybersecurity training for employees across the organisation.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on cyber threats and responses.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the cybersecurity field.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Profile
- Demonstrated experience in Red Teaming
- Hands-on experience in penetration testing
- With Red Team related certifications like CHECK, CREST will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- With team leading experience will be an advantage
