Bristow Holland is excited to be recruiting for a highly skilled Voice Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking business. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to work as part of an innovative Technical and Partner Support Team, tackling complex challenges and contributing to cutting-edge solutions.

As a Voice Engineer, you will provide second and third-line support for complex faults, assist with customer deployments, and create documentation to support new products and processes. Your expertise will help ensure the best experience for customers and partners while driving improvements in technology and support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second and third-line support for complex and sensitive issues raised by partners and customers.
  • Create and maintain documentation for new products, processes, and services.
  • Monitor platforms and respond to alerts in line with the incident management process.
  • Contribute to a continuously updated support knowledgebase to resolve complex faults efficiently.
  • Work with the Professional Services Team to transition customers into production, lead user acceptance testing, and monitor stability during go-lives.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience in technical support at second and third-line levels.
  • Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
    • Networking (IP Sec VPNs, Routing, QoS).
    • Cloud Technologies (AWS preferred; Azure or Google Cloud also considered).
    • Web Development (API Integrations, CSS, HTML, JSON).
    • VoIP Technologies (SIP, RTP, SBCs).
  • Tenacity in problem-solving, ensuring that issues are resolved completely and lessons are learned.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and credibility with both customers and internal teams.
