I’m working with a fast-paced, tech-focused, global technology platform that’s undergoing a multi-year transformation program to revolutionize its B2C services. Backed by substantial investment and part of a financially stable group, this company is embarking on a multi-year transformation program, making now the perfect time to join their journey.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in London
Salary: £75,000 + (bonus, benefits TBC)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for helping software teams deliver batches of value for their customers.
- Working closely with Technology and Product teams internationally to streamline how they deliver software following the principles of Agile, Kanban Kaizen.
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritise workloads to contribute to a measurable outcome whilst questioning work that is not measurable.
- Oversee the build and release of software products.
- Coaching stakeholders on Agile development methodologies.
Who you are
- You have a track record of building, releasing, and supporting software products and proven Agile experience with Kanban and LEAN principles strongly preferred.
- Be outcomes and metrics focused - You have managed software delivery and have made commercial impact.
- You know how to inspire and excite people about building products.
- You are able to coach stakeholders to follow an Agile ethos.
- Desirable but not essential - B2C domain experience in delivering web and mobile applications.
- You have a Start-up mentality.
