About the Role:
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority in London is seeking an experienced Parking CCTV Manager to oversee and manage its parking enforcement CCTV operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of CCTV enforcement in line with relevant legislation and council policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Parking CCTV enforcement team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the Surveillance Camera Code of Practice.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of CCTV systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective parking enforcement.
  • Liaise with internal departments, enforcement contractors, and external stakeholders to enhance service efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyse enforcement data to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to staff members to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle complaints and appeals related to CCTV-issued Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).

Key Skills & Experience Required:

The successful candidate for the role of Parking CCTV Manager will have a management background and be highly experienced in Parking Enforcement and CCTV Operations.
