Job Title: Digital Platform ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid, office-based on Tuesdays and Thursdays)Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum
Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Platform Manager to join our team. This role focuses on overseeing the day-to-day operations of a key donation platform, managing technical change, and ensuring the smooth running of live issues. The successful candidate will also play an important role in supporting a major transformation project aimed at modernising the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise the technical change backlog and resolve live platform issues.
- Conduct regular pricing reviews to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
- Support the transformation project, collaborating on the modernisation of the customer experience.
- Contribute innovative ideas, conduct competitor analysis, and perform market research to guide platform improvements.
- Drive product development from concept through to successful launch, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a digital platform, preferably in a relevant sector, or experience as a digital product manager with a strong understanding of working alongside organisations in the charitable sector.
- Strong technical background with the ability to manage and resolve platform-related issues.
- Familiarity with digital product management processes and project management in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
