This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the Housing division by leading the procurement and implementation of a new Document Management System (DMS).

This is a vital project that will enable the secure and efficient storage, management, and retrieval of documents, while facilitating a seamless migration from legacy systems.

The Role

As the Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of this high-profile DMS project. Your primary focus will be to deliver a system that enhances document security, accessibility, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Procurement Oversight: Manage the procurement process for the new DMS, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
