- Managing implementation and maintenance of D365 Finance & Operations Solutions
- Managing ERP team directly and overseeing solution implementation and governance
- Coach and develop team members
- Work closely with internal departments / key usersÂ
- Identifying and documenting business requirements, Functional document and Fit gap analysis
- Deep understanding of relevant business area(s), recommends solutions
- Understands business and end-user needs; identifies and prioritises features to be delivered to meet those needs
- Work closely with ERP partner on solutions and solving issuesÂ
- Maintain and manage ERP system with all future update releases from Microsoft
- Stays up to date on current trends and best practices
- Identify and drive business process enhancements
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRMS, other business systems and tools (Power BI, Power Apps etc)
- Lead and manage all system-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
- Work closely with other departments to understand their system needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency
- Provide/manage day-to-day support to end-users
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees effectively use business systems
- Manage integration of different business applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across organisation
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within business systems
- Ensure that all business systems comply with industry regulations and internal security policies
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
- Day-to-day support and systems administration, including documentation of business requirements and processes, training, in order to keep business systems running smoothly
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Dynamics ERP, with emphasis on Dynamics 365 F&O
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise business systems (Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, HRMS), database management, and system integration
- Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, X++, .Net)Â
- Technical knowledge on report development and customization in D365
- Solid working experience in Procurement, Inventory management, Production, Master planning, PMA/Project operations
- Must have implemented and managed two end-to-end Microsoft D365 F&O implementations
- Proficiency in SharePoint online and power platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Effective business analysis skills in understanding user needs/business requirements and delivering appropriate solutions
- Able to work within multi-cultural environment
- Well organized with strong attention to detail
- Solid team player with ability to work independently
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide technical teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive cross-functional projects
