Role OverviewAs our Agile Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving critical change initiatives within a technology squad, balancing strategic project management with hands-on delivery. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of technical delivery and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of change and business-as-usual initiatives
- Lead and coordinate a small engineering team (4-6 engineers)
- Perform financial reconciliation and supplier management
- Facilitate project tracking using JIRA and other collaboration tools
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party providers
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Proven track record in project/initiative delivery
- Strong experience with agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Proficiency in end-user computing and device management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in Fintech or Insurtech environments
- Financial services sector knowledge
- Strong technical understanding of digital transformation
